I’m Lindsey. I currently live in Evansville, Indiana, with my husband and our 2 dogs, Dora and Cooper.
I graduated from the University of Evansville in 2008 with a degree in English literature. I moved the summer after graduating to Cincinnati, where I worked for a year and a half as an assistant editor at a publishing company. I loved my job and the people I worked with, but I missed my family, friends, and hometown. In February 2010 I moved back home to Evansville and took a job as a proofreader at a marketing agency.
At my current job in marketing, I became interested in food and nutrition. After a LOT of thinking, in January 2014 I decided to go back to school to study nutrition full time at the University of Southern Indiana.
In June 2016 I finished my second bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition, with a focus on nutrition and wellness. I’m currently using my new degree as a copywriter, focusing on maternal, infant, and child nutrition. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our dogs, my friends and family, doing yoga, reading, having spontaneous dance parties, traveling, and generally having fun.
